The Supply Register is currently recruiting for an experienced Programme Lead - HE Music Production to join a Further Education and Higher Education provider on a part-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Music Production Lecturer to lead and deliver on a Level 5 Higher Education Music Production programme, with particular expertise in synthesis, mastering and DAW-based production
.
The role is due to start ASAP and there is a potential requirement for the successful candidate to remain in post until December 2026
.
As Programme Lead - HE Music Production
, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across the Level 5 programme, supporting students in developing their technical and creative production skills.
You will have strong practical knowledge of modern music production and be confident delivering sessions covering areas including synthesis, mastering and Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs).
Key Responsibilities:Lead and deliver teaching across a Level 5 HE Music Production programme.
Plan and deliver engaging, industry-relevant music production sessions.
Teach and support students in synthesis, mastering and DAW-based production
.Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support progression.
Support learners to develop both their technical and creative production skills.
Contribute to curriculum planning and programme development.
Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and student support.
Keep up to date with developments and technologies within the music production industry.
Relevant degree-level qualification and/or significant industry experience in Music Production.
Experience teaching at Level 5 / Higher Education level
.Strong practical knowledge of music production and DAWs
.Specialist knowledge and experience in synthesis and mastering
.Previous experience in programme leadership or curriculum coordination would be highly desirable.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A passion for supporting students to achieve their potential.
