Food Technology Teachers

We are currently working with a number of secondary Schools in and around Newcastle which require Food Technology Teachers to work on a day to day and long term assignments. We have positions available for enthusiastic, professional and reliable Teachers experienced within Key Stage 3, 4 and 5, with excellent classroom management skills and who are flexible and willing to travel throughout Newcastle.

Successful applicants will:

• Hold a recognised teaching qualification
• Be eligible to work within the UK
• Have excellent subject knowledge
• Be a competent classroom practitioner with excellent behaviour management skills
• Be able to provide their students with the "tools" to succeed in life
• ECT's are encouraged to apply as this is an excellent opportunity to be introduced to schools and to discover contract opportunities.

Please note that the pay rate will depend of the level of experience and qualification achieved by the post holder.

Applicants will attend a face-to-face interview, be expected to undergo reference checks and an enhanced DBS disclosure (if not currently held).
