Pay: £92.63- £105 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel is working with secondary schools across Newcastle upon Tyne to recruit enthusiastic and ambitious Graduate Teaching Assistants
. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, build confidence in the classroom, and make a meaningful impact on young people's education and development.

• Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Help create a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
• Encourage student participation, progress, and confidence.
• Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.
• Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to maximise student outcomes.
• Gain first-hand experience of classroom management and educational practice.

• Hold a degree in any subject area.
• Have a genuine passion for supporting young people.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Can inspire students and maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
• Have previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).

• Competitive daily pay rates of £90 - £105 per day
