Full-Time | September Start | Long-Term Opportunity
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students with SEND on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
- Assist pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Dyslexia and other additional needs.
- Adapt learning activities to support student progress.
- Encourage independence, confidence and engagement.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
- Work closely with teachers, SENDCOs and pastoral staff.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Experience working with children or young people.
- A patient, empathetic and resilient approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for inclusive education.
- Previous SEND experience is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
