About the Role:
As a Psychology Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting children with a range of learning and emotional needs. You'll work closely with both students and staff, using your psychological insight to promote positive mental health and confidence in the classroom.
- Core hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 16:00
Who You Are:
- A recent psychology graduate with a keen interest in educational and developmental psychology
- Skilled in building strong, supportive relationships with children and young people
- Able to apply your psychological knowledge to promote positive mental health and well-being in schools
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient, with excellent communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
