Teacher Active is proud to be working with primary schools across Newcastle who are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to support their KS1 classes. This is a great opportunity for a Primary Teacher who enjoys working across different school environments and supporting pupils with their learning and development.

The schools are looking for a Primary Teacher to provide day‑to‑day support across Key Stage 1 / KS1. The successful Primary Teacher will be expected to deliver engaging lessons, follow school planning where provided and maintain a positive and well‑managed classroom environment.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
Primary teaching experience in the UK
Sound knowledge of the KS1 Primary Curriculum
Excellent classroom management
Strong communication skills
An adaptable and enthusiastic approach
