Protocol Education is recruiting a Graduate Behaviour Mentor to support pupils in a specialist SEND and SEMH setting in Newcastle upon Tyne
.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience working with young people who may require additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in education.
What you'll be doing- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
- Delivering behaviour and wellbeing interventions
- Building positive professional relationships
- Supporting emotional regulation strategies
- Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams
- Criminology
- Education
- Valuable SEND and SEMH experience
- Exposure to specialist settings
- Strong experience for postgraduate applications

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
