Staff are committed to creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where every child is encouraged to develop confidence, resilience, and a love of learning. The school is recruiting for two Support Assistants:

  • One Support Assistant to work within Key Stage 1.

  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff where appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support positive pupil outcomes.
  • Ensure safeguarding procedures and school policies are followed at all times.
Essential Criteria
  • A minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification – essential.
  • Previous experience supporting children within a primary school or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
