We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager with expertise in low- and medium-voltage fusegear or electrical protection systems to lead product strategy, development and lifecycle management within a global manufacturing environment. This is a newly created role offering strong visibility and the chance to shape future product direction and market growth.
Key responsibilities- Own product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management for LV/MV fusegear products
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality and commercial teams to deliver compliant, competitive solutions
- Drive new product development, market analysis and customer insights
- Support marketing, pricing strategy, technical training and customer engagement
- Ensure alignment with international standards, testing and certification requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Materials Engineering
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in fusegear, switch gear or electrical protection products
- Strong technical knowledge of product development, standards and lifecycle management
- Commercial awareness with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
Hybrid (Possibly remote) role based in Newcastle upon Tyne with opportunities to influence innovation and growth in a global industrial sector.
