💼 The Role- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and clients to deliver integrated solutions
- Use Revit, AutoCAD, and IES to support BIM workflows and design coordination
- Attend project meetings, conduct site visits, and provide technical input throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, sustainability standards, and client expectations
- Rapidly expanding consultancy with a strong pipeline of diverse projects
- Focused on innovation, collaboration, and sustainable design
- Supportive team culture with clear progression pathways
- Degree in Building Services Engineering or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and public health systems
- Proficiency in design software and BIM processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
