We are seeking a Senior Field Engineer with expertise in DMR (Digital Mobile Radio)/PMR (Private Mobile Radio) technologies to join a leading client in the radio infrastructure domain. This role involves nationwide travel across the UK, delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and support for mission‑critical communication systems.

As a Senior Field Engineer, you will work on advanced radio infrastructure projects, including deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of DMR/PMR systems. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance with technical standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading technologies such as TETRA, Hytera, Motorola, Tait, and Axell in a dynamic, field‑based environment.

• ✓ Install, configure, and maintain DMR/PMR radio systems across multiple sites.
• ✓ Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues on‑site.
• ✓ Conduct system upgrades, testing, and performance optimization.
• ✓ Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
• ✓ Maintain accurate documentation and provide technical reports.

• ✓ Proven experience in DMR/PMR technologies and radio infrastructure.
• ✓ Hands‑on experience with systems such as TETRA, Hytera, Motorola, Tait, and Axell.
• ✓ Strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• ✓ Excellent communication and customer‑facing abilities.
• ✓ Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.

• ✓ Knowledge of RF principles and coverage planning.
• ✓ Familiarity with IP networking for radio systems.
• ✓ Experience in multi‑vendor environments.
• ✓ Certifications in radio technologies or related fields.
