• Lead technical delivery of mechanical design projects for healthcare facilities, ensuring high-quality, sustainable solutions
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key healthcare accounts
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the healthcare sector portfolio
• Oversee the preparation of design calculations, technical reports, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with building standards and regulations for hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Collaborate with the national delivery team to ensure alignment with business objectives and efficient project execution
• Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the healthcare team in Newcastle
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, helping to grow the team and create a culture of innovation and technical excellence

• Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
• Proven experience in client-facing roles within the healthcare sector
• Strong knowledge of building standards and regulations for healthcare facilities, including hospitals
• Experience with technical delivery of mechanical design projects in the healthcare sector
• A deep understanding of mechanical design tools such as IES, Revit, and AutoCAD
• Ability to manage business development and client relationship management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers
• A strategic mindset with the ambition to build and lead a successful team
