The Role

As Team Lead, you will head a specialist team focused on switch gear monitoring systems. Acting as the technical authority in this area, you will ensure high‑quality project delivery while supporting the continued growth of an advanced technology portfolio. This position blends technical leadership, team development, and customer engagement, requiring both deep expertise and strong interpersonal skills. The team plays a key role in delivering advanced technologies that support the evolution of energy infrastructure worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for switch gear monitoring systems, providing guidance on complex technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers and project managers, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases.
  • Oversee installation and commissioning activities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and consultations with customers, clearly communicating requirements and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing facilities and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and quality processes across all activities.
Your Skills
  • Strong technical expertise in switch gear monitoring technologies.
  • Proven experience in the installation and commissioning of grid or energy infrastructure systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor teams in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
  • Confident communicator with experience engaging external stakeholders and leading formal meetings.
  • Ability to work effectively within complex organisational structures and cross‑functional teams.
