Senior Town Planner
Location:
Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary:
Negotiable depending on experience
Working Pattern:
Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
We are recruiting an experienced Senior Town Planner to join our growing team in Newcastle.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a varied portfolio of planning projects across multiple sectors
- Preparing and submitting planning applications and supporting documents
- Providing strategic planning advice to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Liaising with local authorities, consultants and stakeholders
- Chartered status (MRTPI) is essential
- Previous experience within a planning consultancy or relevant planning environment
- Strong working knowledge of the UK planning system
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Commercial awareness and strong client‑facing skills
- Competitive salary negotiable depending on experience
