E3 Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Manager for a leading manufacturer in Sittingbourne. This days-only position offers a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum plus a 10% bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
You will manage a team of around 10 Maintenance Engineers, driving plant performance and overseeing maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and experience in a manufacturing environment.
