Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
CDM Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join its Building Services team in Newcastle upon Tyne on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for experienced engineers to contribute to high-profile projects across various sectors, including commercial and pharmaceutical.
The successful applicant will design mechanical systems, produce specifications, and ensure compliance with UK regulations. A strong background in HVAC, as well as experience with AutoCAD and Revit, is essential.
