Role

As a Senior Town Planner, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of high:quality planning advice to a diverse range of clients. You’ll manage your own projects, support junior team members, and contribute to business development activities. The role offers a broad mix of work across sectors, giving you the chance to strengthen your expertise and continue progressing in your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on a variety of planning applications and appeals
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on planning and development matters
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute to the growth and reputation of the planning team
Requirements
  • MRTPI qualified
  • Strong planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
  • Confident managing projects and working independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and team:oriented approach
