Our ethos is a specialist building services provider who specialises in HVAC Commissioning, Water Treatment, Commissioning Management, Legionella Compliance, Fire Damper Drop testing and several other compliance services for over 20 years.

We’re looking for a Legionella Risk Assessor to join our growing compliance team. This is a client-facing, site-based role involving the assessment of domestic and commercial water systems for Legionella risk in line with ACoP L8 and HSG
274 Part 2.

The successful candidate will carry out on‑site risk assessments, produce reports and schematic drawings, and liaise with clients to ensure compliance standards are met. You’ll also support quoting for remedial works and follow‑up actions where needed.
