Principal​/Associate Civil Engineer

We are a team of enthusiastic and collaborative planners, designers, environmental consultants, engineers and health & safety professionals. Our client base includes public and private sectors. We have grown significantly over the last few years and now employ 200 individuals across the UK. • Technical and managerial delivery of civils projects, including drainage, roads, and renewable sector opportunities.
• Client facing, comfortable leading bids and tenders, and exploring new opportunities – particularly in energy, defence and manufacturing sectors.
• Understand the development needs of team members and lead them to perform at their best.
• Liaising with our multidisciplinary groups and teams to provide our clients with a fully integrated approach to projects.

• You will hold a BEng, MEng or MSc in Civil Engineering or other relevant degree to the role, experience and skills.
• You will be a Chartered Member of ICE, or as a minimum, demonstrably working towards chartership.

• The role may require travel (including occasional overnight stays) across the UK and overseas, depending on project requirements
• A full clean driving licence is desirable
• Legal right to live and work in the UK is required
