Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Assystem, a leading nuclear engineering group, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer for the Fusion and Modular Nuclear Business Unit. You will report to the Turbine Island Lead and be responsible for Turbine Island design development, interfacing with multidisciplinary teams and the supply chain to deliver integrated plant solutions.
Your mission includes ensuring supplier deliverables meet requirements, developing and reviewing PFDs, P&IDs, layouts, sizing calculations, datasheets and specs,
