• Lead Daily Operations:
  Oversee work allocation and manage priorities and conflicts within the team.
• Own Capability and Standards:
  Ensure consistent ways of working across the team, driving quality and efficiency.
• Coach and Develop Engineers:
  Identify capability gaps and shape development plans for technical and professional growth.
• Act as Senior Point of Contact:
  Represent your domain in project discussions, collaborating with customers and cross-discipline teams.
• Champion Digitalization:
  Identify opportunities to adopt new tools and enhance engineering efficiency and quality.
• Communicate Effectively:
  Engage with engineers, customers, suppliers, and senior stakeholders, adapting your communication style to the audience.

  Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, or mentor engineers, with a focus on their development.
• Strong Communication

  Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to represent your domain to customers and senior leadership.
• Judgment Under Pressure: A track record of making sound decisions while balancing team well-being, delivery pressure, and quality.
• Technical Credibility:
  Senior-level experience in high voltage substation secondary design, including protection schematics, AC and DC supply design, interlocking, and interface definition.
• Collaborative Leadership Style: A servant‑leadership approach that empowers others while holding accountability.
• Interest in Process Improvement: A genuine interest in engineering process improvement and digitalization, with the judgment to assess the value of new tools and methods.
