• Lead the ANZ tunnelling practice and drive growth across Australia and New Zealand
• Provide technical leadership on landmark tunnelling projects
• Lead strategic pursuits and expand market presence
• Develop the next generation of tunnelling professionals
• Strengthen client relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate with global network to influence major infrastructure outcomes

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar related subject
• Significant experience in major tunnelling and underground infrastructure projects in Australia
• Expertise in TBM, mined, shaft, trenchless, cavern, hydro or complex underground works
• Strong relationships with clients, contractors and industry partners
• Reputation for technical excellence and sound engineering judgement
• Ability to win work and deliver projects
• Passion for developing people and building capability
• Active involvement in industry organisations and professional networks
