Responsibilities:
- Coordinatingengineerstoattendvesselsandsitesworldwideforproductinstallation,repair,maintenance,andtechnicalsupport
- Managingtheend-to-endserviceprocess,frominitialcustomercontactandquotationsthroughtoorderacceptance,service delivery,andjobcompletion
- Handlingincomingservicerequests,identifyingandrecordingcommonproductfaults
- Providingcustomerswithaccurateupdatesandfeedbackoncompletedservicework
- Workingcloselywith Sales,Engineering,and Productteamstosupportnewproductsanddeliverhigh-quality after-sales service
- Supportingthedevelopmentandimprovementofproceduresforeffectiveserviceandrecordmanagement
- Buildingstrongrelationshipswithnewandexistingcustomers,business partners,anddistributorsworldwide
Requirements:
Essential
- Degreeorequivalentqualificationinengineering,IT,computer systems,marine engineering,orarelatedtechnicalfield
- Stronginterestintechnologyandwillingnesstodeveloptechnicalknowledge
- Abilitytounderstandtechnicaldocumentsandproductspecifications
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication,organisational,and problem-solving skills
- Proactiveandcustomer-focused approach
Desirable
- Experienceinservicecoordination,technical support,engineering,orcustomerservice
- Knowledgeofmarineelectronicsornavigationsystems
- Experienceinaninternationalbusinessenvironment
