Are you an experienced Design/Pre-Construction Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead projects in the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) sector? Play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of cutting-edge projects across the Newcastle region!
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and pre-construction phases for a range of M&E projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure optimal project delivery.
- Manage the coordination of M&E services, ensuring compliance with regulations and technical requirements.
- Develop cost-effective solutions and support the preparation of bids and tenders.
- Ensure smooth handover of projects from design to construction phase.

- Proven experience in design and pre-construction management within the M&E sector.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
