Essential duties & responsibilities

• Routine PPM visits & reactive repairs (when required) to electrical services assets (Internal, External & Emergency Lighting, Distribution Boards) and carrying out meter readings etc.
• Weekly sprinkler system bell testing. Daily / Weekly inspections of Plant Rooms, Switch rooms, Roof Areas & Car Parks.
