Are you a mechanically or electrically biased engineer looking to join a leading power generation specialist? This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills while working on gas and diesel engines within the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:- Service, maintenance and repairs on gas and diesel engines
- Fault finding and troubleshooting on power generation equipment
- Planning maintenance, parts and resources to ensure efficient repairs
- Working on customer sites across Great Britain
- Participating in an on-call rota and attending breakdowns
- Completing service reports and maintaining health and safety standards
Required:
- Mechanical or electrical engineering qualification (ONC/HNC, NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a mechanical or electrical engineering role
- Strong knowledge of gas and/or diesel engines
- Ability to work independently and deliver effective technical solutions
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexible approach to travel, working away from home for up to two weeks at a time, including weekends and out-of-hours work
- Gas Safe qualification
- Health and safety qualification and valid CSCS card
- Knowledge of control systems, engine controllers and PLCs
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
