250 Real Estate business is recruiting a Management Accountant to join the UK team.

As the Management Accountant, you will be reporting to Financial Controller. You will work closely with other functions in the business and drive growth. You will produce monthly Management Accounts including analysing actuals vs budget, yearly budgets, Balance Sheet work, support development of all financial processes and controls across the business and various other day to day management accounting responsibilities. You will assist the FC and due to the nature of this role have significant involvement in various other ad hoc projects and pieces of analysis.

The successful candidate will be ACA qualified with excellent audit experience and experience working within a real estate business. In addition, you will be a clear communicator, with an ability to present information and ideas logically and succinctly. You will have the ability to build effective partnerships with financial and non-financial colleagues, work flexibly and collaboratively to meet deadlines and changing business priorities.
