The Team

The role will sit within the ETP Products team, working closely with Sales, Research, Quant, Marketing and Operations teams. The ETP Product team is central to the success of our ETP platform as they act as the product specialists in charge of product innovation, product development and distribution strategy of our whole line of European ETPs.

Role Profile

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ETP Capital Markets Lead to build our Digital Asset ETP capital markets function across Europe and the US. This role is central to ensuring the efficient creation, redemption, liquidity, and execution of our ETP range, and to deepening our partnerships across the market-making, trading, and authorised participant (AP) ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in ETP structure and market mechanics with the leadership and relationship-building skills needed to drive product liquidity, build infrastructure, and deliver best-in-class execution for institutional clients.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for APs and market makers across our ETP product suite in Europe.
  • Lead capital markets strategy for new product launches, working closely with Product, Distribution, and Legal teams.
  • Drive creation and redemption flow management, both in-kind and in cash, with robust controls.
  • Build and maintain relationships with liquidity providers, exchanges, custodians, and prime brokers.
  • Partner with ETP Sales to deliver technical support and trading insights to institutional clients.
  • Act as internal SME for ETP market structure, settlement cycles, and regulatory evolution across key European markets.
  • Monitor, analyse and compare Digital Asset ETP trading performance, spreads, volumes, and market depth to identify areas of improvement.
  • Represent the firm in industry working groups, regulatory consultations, and external events related to ETP market structure.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in ETP capital markets, trading, or market-making, ideally with a top-tier issuer, broker, or exchange.
  • Deep understanding of ETP ecosystem mechanics: primary and secondary markets, NAV calculation, baskets, and trading spreads.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with APs, market makers, and execution desks at institutional level.
  • Strong knowledge of European market infrastructure (settlement, CSDs, MiFID II, UCITS, etc.).
  • Experience working with cross-border ETP distribution and listings in multiple European jurisdictions.
  • Familiarity with listing requirements across multiple European exchanges is a plus (e.g. Xetra, Euronext, SIX, LSE, Euronext, Nasdaq OMX, Borsa Italiana).
  • Multilingual (English required; French, German, or other European languages is a plus).

Core Skills

  • Analytical mindset with excellent execution and operational risk awareness.
  • Delivery focused with proven ability to pro-actively multi-task in a pressurised environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated capability for identifying and managing critical stakeholders, partners and team members.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for creating an exceptional working environment.
  • Ability to see opportunities for improvement from all kinds of situations and events, for the benefit of the business, the team, and the individual.
