.

Having responsibility for the day-to-day management of the reserving review for transactions, you will:

• deliver high quality assessments of reserve margin, drawing on large, diverse datasets and information
• have the ability to predict the financial impact of deals
• be comfortable in explaining the broader impacts by reporting to the wider M&A Transaction team alongside management.

• Expertise in many reserving methods within a practical setting
• the ability to juggle several complex projects at any given time
• a demonstrable track record of meeting tight deadlines
• knowledge of many different lines of business, including long tailed lines, also required.
