Your new role

As an Assistant Manager in the Corporate Tax Compliance team, you will:

  • Manage compliance-focused work, ensuring processes align with institute and HMRC guidance
  • Oversee department billing and recovery targets
  • Manage, mentor, and appraise junior staff
  • Provide training and technical guidance
  • Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships
To be successful in this role, you ll need
  • ACA / ACCA / CA and/or CTA qualification (or international equivalent)
  • Significant corporate tax experience within professional services
  • Demonstrable technical compliance skills
  • Experience managing and developing people
  • Strong IT skills
