You will play a key part in shaping the strategic direction of the tax department, mentoring and developing junior members of the team, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. • Lead and manage a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients, delivering high-quality advisory and compliance services
• Drive business development activity, identifying opportunities to grow the firm's tax offering and client base
• Mentor, support, and develop junior and mid-level tax professionals within the team
• Act as a key point of contact for complex technical queries, providing clear and commercially focused advice to clients

• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent), with substantial corporate tax experience at a senior level
• Proven ability to manage a complex client portfolio and build lasting client relationships
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of developing and motivating teams
• Ambitious and commercially minded, with the drive to contribute to the strategic growth of the practice
