We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to support the finance team with day‑to‑day AP processes. You’ll be working in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, with exposure to our upcoming migration to Sage Intacct. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll gain experience across the full AP cycle, payments, and reconciliations.

You’ll work closely with the Finance Assistant and Head of Finance in a small, fast‑paced team, so you’ll get direct training and responsibility from day one.

• Process supplier invoices into Microsoft Dynamics NAV (migrating to Sage Intacct in 2025)
• Set up new suppliers in the system using submitted forms
• Prepare and support weekly supplier payment runs (via HSBC)
• Process staff expenses and reimbursements
• Post and reconcile bank transactions (HSBC)
• Post and reconcile Revolut card transactions
• Respond to AP queries and manage the finance/accounts mailbox

• Studying or recently finished a finance/accounting qualification (Finance Degree, AAT, CIMA, ACCA, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable with Excel
• Good communication skills for dealing with suppliers and staff
• Eager to learn accounting systems and AP processes
• An understanding of AI and automation

• Previous exposure to accounts payable or finance admin
• Experience with any accounting software (Sage, Xero, Quick Books, or NAV)
• Understanding of invoice matching and reconciliations

• Real AP experience across invoices, payments, expenses, and reconciliations
• Training in both Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Sage Intacct
• Direct involvement in a live finance system migration project
• Mentorship and support in a small, collaborative finance team
• Hybrid working in London
• Training, exposure to automation projects, and CV‑building finance experience
