Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
The Local Council is recruiting two Financial Accountants to lead the preparation of the annual accounts, support external audits, and contribute to budgeting and capital accounting. You will also engage in a range of finance projects that drive community impact.
We require CCAB or CIPFA qualification, strong local government finance experience, and a proven track record in statutory accounts. The role is full-time, hybrid in Kent, with generous pension and extensive leave.
