Arup is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant (1 Year Fixed Term Contract) to join our Newcastle team. You will check the validity of staff expense claims and supplier invoices, ensure compliance with policy and tax regulations, and process weekly BACS payments under supervision.
You will reconcile supplier statements, resolve queries, and assist with journals and other finance tasks as required, contributing to accurate financial processing within a collaborative finance function.
