Chilworth Partnership are partnering with an international business to appoint a Head of FP&A, a high-impact leadership role at the centre of the organisation. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, delivering robust insight and strategic decision support across the business.
You will build and develop a high-performing FP&A team, implement KPI reporting and dashboards, and support strategic initiatives including investment appraisal and pricing.
