Senior Finance Manager – Development

Salary up to £75,000 per annum plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll help shape future development activity, manage financial risk and ensure our plans are built on strong financial foundations.

  • Shape investment decisions through robust challenge, analysis and recommendations.
  • Partner senior leaders to identify risks, opportunities and commercial solutions.
  • Drive accurate forecasting and reporting across schemes and joint ventures.
  • Develop a high-performing team focused on quality, pace and impact.

You have
  • You have experience providing financial leadership across development schemes and investment decisions.
  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • You have led and developed high-performing finance teams.
  • You have reviewed and challenged complex financial models, assumptions and outputs.
  • You have turned complex financial information into clear recommendations for senior leaders.

The practical bits
  • You’ll work Monday to Friday.
  • You’ll manage your own diary.
  • We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle office, with the rest from home.
