Citadel Source is partnering with a successful retail/FMCG business to appoint a Finance Director. Reporting to the CFO, you will shape the future of the global finance function, lead FP&A, finance transformation, and financial governance, while partnering with the executive team.
The role requires a qualified accountant with extensive senior leadership experience, international exposure, and the ability to drive change across processes, systems and teams. Hybrid working is offered in the UK.
