Overview
Employment Tax Manager (In-House) | London | Hybrid | £70-85,000 + Bonus + Benefits | Financial Services
This role supports a leading name in the financial services space and focuses on all aspects of employment tax, including expatriate tax and cross-border matters.
Responsibilities- Ownership of everything related to employment tax, including expatriate tax and cross-border matters
- Ownership of tax reporting, including P11D, PSA, STBV and ERS
- Coordinate with outsourced advisors in the UK and local jurisdictions and manage these relationships
- Provide advisory support (examples include: tax review of global benefits scheme, IR35 response, and new office setups)
- Support broader projects, including collaboration with the reward team
- Ideally Big 4 or top 10 trained; suited for someone moving in-house for the first time; aimed at those at Manager level
- ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification (ideally)
- Track record in the employment tax space
- Mid-Senior level
