RequirementsSkills&
Experience:
Minimumof7–10yearsofexperienceinmanagementaccounting,ideallyinengineeringormanufacturing
Proventrackrecordofparticipatinginaudits,includingpreparationandmanagementofauditprocesses.
Extensiveexperienceinmergers,acquisitions,and buyouts,includingduediligenceandintegration.
Excellentknowledgeoffinancialsystems,ERPsoftware,and advanced
Excel skills.
ExperiencemanagingfinancialgrowthinbusinessestransitioningfromSMEtomid-sized operations.
Strategicthinkerwithexceptionalleadershipqualitiesandtheabilitytomanagecross-functional teams
