• Lead and implement finance transformation projects to improve efficiency and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for financial improvement and develop solutions.
• Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models to track project performance and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Support the implementation of new financial systems and tools.
• Train and guide team members on updated financial processes and systems.
• Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives.

• Strong experience in finance transformation.
• Proven ability to analyse and improve financial processes.
• Proficiency with financial systems and data analysis tools.
• Understanding of financial compliance and regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A results-driven and detail-oriented approach to work.

• Salary ranging from £48,000 to £70,000 dependent on the level of experience.
• Car allowance.
• Performance-related bonus.
