We are looking for an experienced Paraplanner, Planning Administrator, Client Support Specialist or Financial Planning Operations professional who is passionate about helping others learn. This is an opportunity to step away from day-to-day casework and use your technical and operational expertise to support the onboarding, training and development of colleagues across our Financial Planning business.
You do not need to come from a professional training background. We are looking for someone who understands how a financial planning practice operates and enjoys coaching, supporting and developing others.
This role would particularly suit an experienced Paraplanner or Financial Planning Administrator looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to use their operational expertise in a broader, business-facing role.

Can you tell me more about the role?
The purpose of this role is to onboard, train, and upskill financial advisers, paraplanners, and administrative support staff. This role ensures the team masters internal financial planning software, follows strict compliance workflows, and delivers a consistent, high-quality client experience. You’ll have responsibility for a wide range of duties, including the following:
- Deliver training to new starters, provide refresher training for existing team members, and support the onboarding and integration of colleagues joining Saltus through newly acquired
- Deliver process and system training to staff on both an individual and group basis, using a blend of face-to-face and remote learning methods.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge and skills gaps, and design, develop, and deliver training solutions to address these needs.
- Carry out discovery at acquiring Firms to understand current way of working and incorporate reference to changes during integration training.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, ensuring all content remains up to date, accessible within the Learning Management System (LMS), and aligned with content management standards.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure they are updated regularly and in a timely
