Mosaic Multicultural Connections (Mosaic) is a not-for-profit organisation delivering aged care and community services to culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities across the Hunter, Central Coast and New England regions of NSW. Due to continued growth, we are seeking Permanent Part-Time Aged Care Support Workers to join our team on the Central Coast. This is a rewarding opportunity to support older people to remain living safely, independently and with dignity in their own homes.

You will provide direct in-home support to clients, including:

• Meal preparation
• Transport to appointments
• Medication support (as per care plans)
• Light domestic assistance
• Social support and respite care

Your work will make a genuine difference to people’s daily lives.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
• A genuine passion for supporting older people
• Ability to provide personal care and medication support
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts (including some afternoons/weekends)
• Willingness to travel locally between clients
• Empathy and interest in working in a multicultural environment
• Current NSW Driver’s Licence
• Reliable, registered and comprehensively insured vehicle
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Required immunisations as directed by Mosaic
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check
