Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to join a team in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing home management, hold an active NMC PIN, and possess a deep understanding of elderly care and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Lead and support a team of nursing and care staff.

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain excellent CQC ratings.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care.

Manage budgets and ensure financial efficiency.

Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Requirements:

Proven experience in nursing home management.

Active NMC PIN.

Extensive knowledge of elderly care and physical disabilities.

Strong understanding of CQC regulations and requirements.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.
