Lifeways is opening a brand-new service to support an individual who needs caring, dedicated team of support workers. If you have a compassionate nature and want to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!

• Fully paid induction and ongoing training

You’ll provide person-centred support, enabling independence and inclusion in everyday life. This gentleman will live in his own home, and your role will be varied, including:

• Supporting with activities such as shopping and day trips
• Helping with household tasks (cooking, laundry, cleaning)
• Assisting with personal care (bathing, toileting, feeding)
• Supporting physical health and wellbeing

Working hours: Shift pattern on a rota basis, including some weekends.
