£46,000 - £50,000 annually | Permanent Role

As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding care to our residents, maintaining high standards, and providing professional leadership to the team. • Support the day‑to‑day management of the care home
• Lead and motivate care staff to deliver person‑centred, high‑quality care
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
• Contribute to staff development, training, and supervision
• Deliver hands‑on clinical care and manage medication safely

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN
• Previous experience in a care home management or deputy role
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A caring and professional approach to elderly care
