About the RoleAs Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding care to our residents, maintaining high standards, and providing professional leadership to the team. Key Responsibilities- Support the day‑to‑day management of the care home
- Lead and motivate care staff to deliver person‑centred, high‑quality care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
- Contribute to staff development, training, and supervision
- Deliver hands‑on clinical care and manage medication safely
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Previous experience in a care home management or deputy role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A caring and professional approach to elderly care
