Your role

You will be responsible for all aspects of the Pharmaxo Group facilities management and premises to ensure the cleanliness, safety and security of the buildings and grounds at all times. To contribute to decisions regarding premises management and development in these areas.

To manage Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) workplace issues that relate to the ongoing upkeep of Pharmaxo facilities, ensuring that these are addressed efficiently and appropriately. A key deliverable will be to document statutory compliance of facilities related activities across the Pharmaxo portfolio at our Corsham site.

  • Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years’ service)
  • Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will contribute 8%.

You will have at least 5 years’ experience as a Manager, with a proven track record of managing contractors and a facilities or engineering background.
