The role involves providing personal care and mobility support, supporting with clinical tasks, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction for a young client with a range of complex health needs. The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, essential experience in areas such as tracheostomy, oxygen therapy, and medication administration, as well as a calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach.
