Here at Mountain Healthcare, we are looking for a passionate, determined, and resilient individual to join our amazing team as an HR and Training Administrator.

Location and Hours

The post-holder is required to work Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm (40 hours). You will be based at the Stevenage Headquarters and remotely.

Job Opportunity

You will work as part of a compact People Team and will support the People and Training Teams within Mountain Healthcare on any issues which have People and Training implications, including administration tasks required in supporting our processes so attention to detail is key. Tasks will include but are not limited to, dealing with HR recruitment, selection, retention and training issues.

Your support and guidance will enable the continued development of our high‑quality services.

Essential Skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and other packages
  • Excellent levels of literacy
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to manage workload and a busy schedule of events
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Diary management
  • Designing promotional materials including posters
Experience
  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience working in events or training environments
