Are you a dedicated and experienced Complex Care Support Worker looking for a rewarding career supporting adults and children in the community? We are a leading care provider seeking skilled professionals to deliver exceptional, person-centred care to adults and children with complex health needs across the North East., In this vital health and social care role, you will be responsible for providing sophisticated clinical care and daily support.

Your key duties will include:

Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality complex clinical care, including:
    • PEG Feeding and management.
    • Tracheostomy Care.
    • Ventilator and BiPAP Management.
    • Spinal Injury Support.
    • Cough Assist and Oxygen Therapy.
  • Supporting clients with daily living skills to promote independence and well-being.
  • Maintaining accurate digital care plans, risk assessments, and incident reports.
  • Working collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) to ensure consistent, safe and effective care.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a Complex Care role (with adults or children).
  • Proven competency in clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and ventilator management.
  • Confidence in using digital care planning systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a calm, resilient and professional attitude.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
Desirable Qualifications
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults or Children).
  • Current First Aid training.
  • Confidence in using digital care planning systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a calm, resilient and professional attitude.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
Desired Criteria

  • Current First Aid training.
