About the Role

As a Bank Enabling Support Worker you will provide support and encouragement, following direction from the person supported and the support plan.

You will maintain accurate records, administer personal care and medication where required, and may cover sleep‑in sessions with additional pay of £60 per session.

Responsibilities
  • Support people with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours of concern in a supported living environment.
  • Follow person‑centred support plans and provide encouragement.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform required documentation.
  • Administer personal care and medication.
  • Cover sleep‑in sessions when needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 months experience supporting people with complex needs.
  • NVQ/QCF Level 2 or willingness to work towards the qualification.
  • Person‑centred approach and genuine passion for delivering outstanding support.
